Across two welfare support provisions, we supported 83 Islington residents with essential advice, guidance and advocacy to help them navigate complex systems and access the support they need.

Support included assistance with Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, Council Tax, housing repairs and DWP applications, alongside Freedom Pass applications and debt advice. Residents also received guidance on accessing eligible benefits, support with applications and connections to housing solicitors, councillors, MPs and specialist advice services.

Through targeted outreach and advocacy, we helped residents facing mobility and safeguarding challenges access appropriate support and local services.
