Bridge to Work programme
A work-needs workshop where every woman left with a personal action plan.

On 15 January 2026, we welcomed 25 local women to our Bridge to Work session, including a dedicated Work Needs and Potential Diagnostic workshop.
Participants identified their transferable skills, explored career pathways and discussed barriers to employment. Each woman developed a personalised action plan to support her next steps towards work, helping build confidence and create clearer pathways into employment.
