We delivered a three-day intensive nanny training course for eight local women and five staff members, covering essential childcare skills, health and safety and paediatric first aid.
The training equipped participants with practical knowledge and greater confidence to care for children safely, while supporting pathways into nanny work, formal employment, further training and self-employment.
