Our 11-week, girls-only Step Into Employment programme supported 15 high-achieving GCSE and A/AS Level students across Islington and Camden, empowering the next generation of female leaders by developing their skills, confidence and career aspirations.

The programme included three core employability workshops covering CV writing, cover letters and interview skills, alongside one-to-one career coaching. Five participants also took part in an eight-week CompTIA+ and Network+ IT certification course.

The girls achieved excellent academic results, with most securing grades 8–9 in Maths and science subjects. Their ambitions were equally inspiring, with aspirations to become lawyers, study astrophysics and pursue careers in medicine. The programme helped equip these young women with the tools and confidence to pursue their goals and shape their futures.
